The aim of the school is to train children to lead a progressive, conscientious and a purposeful life through the holistic education based on a curriculum which is broad. comprehensive and well balanced. The school stands for academic excellence, development of skills and character formation through curricular and co-curricular activities. These help to broaden the outlook of the students and provide opportunities to discover and develop innate talent in them.
The academic year begins in June each year and continues till April end.
The school has a full fledged Counselling Department with qualified and experienced Counsellors and Special Educators.
The management permits professionals from outside to conduct various extra activities in the school from time to time. Any activity conducted by these professionals are not school’s direct responsibility. The parents are requested to take all the required details from these professionals before enrolling the children. In case there is any adverse feedback concerning any outside professional, the same should be notified to the school.
The Junior college section offers Psychology in place of Maths / Biology. Information Technology, Electronics and Computer Science offered as optional subjects.

Fee Policy
The school fee is applicable for the academic year commencing from June. Payments to be made through school app (MICM), Cheque / Cash / DD will also be accepted. Fees for the entire academic year can also be paid at the beginning of the year. The fees are payable in instalments as prescribed by the school on or before the scheduled dates. The fee schedule should be strictly adhered to. Late fee of Rs. 100/- per month for school fee and Rs. 50/- per month for bus fee will be charged after the due date. Non payment of fees or any other dues for two (2) quarters will automatically result in the withdrawal of bus facility (in case of bus students) Non payment will invite disciplinary action in accordance with applicable provisions. Parents / Guardian are advised to preserve the fee receipt for at least one academic year.
Once the payment is made the fees are non-transferable / non-adjustable / non- refundable under any circumstances and are subject to the exceptions as set out in the refund policy.
If admission is cancelled midterm, no dues should be left pending. Leaving Certificate will be issued only after full and complete settlement of outstanding dues. Application for withdrawal must be submitted to the office, a minimum of 60 working days prior to the end of the term. Service Tax and Other Statutory Taxes should be paid separately, as and where applicable. In case of any cheque dishonour towards payment of fees, the management reserves the right to levy cheque bouncing charges and/ or any other penalty as it may deem fit. The school reserves the right to revise / amend the Fee Schedule from time to time
Fee Refund Policy
Admission fee once paid to the school will not be refunded under any circumstances or for any reason whatsoever, including when a student withdraws admission or communicates his/her intention not to attend the school at any time before scheduled commencement of the academic year.

Examination Rules
75% attendance in each term is compulsory for appearing in the examination.
Students shall not indulge in any malpractice in the examinations such as: cheating, stealing / lending / borrowing / exchanging answer sheets / question paper / asking others for answers, copying, etc. Anybody found/reported to indulge in any such malpractice will be awarded zero marks in that subject.
If a student is found in possession of any study material during the exam then he/she may be debarred from appearing for the remaining subjects in that particular test or examination.
All doubts regarding the way of answering each question should be cleared before the exam begins and students should not ask the invigilators for clarification of their doubts in this regard.
Students are expected to fill in their details on the main answer sheet as well as each supplement. Students should use answer sheets judiciously.
The warning bell given during the exam indicates that the students should secure all the supplements together in order by tying them with the twine provided to them. On hearing the final bell the students should stop writing and handover the answer booklets to the invigilator. Nobody should leave the examination hall without the permission of the invigilator.
Rules and Regulations
All communication with the school should be addressed in the School Diary by the parents.
Students should be in school at least five minutes before the class. A minimum of 75% attendance of the total working days in each term separately is mandatory for promotion.
The Declaration Form should be duly filled and submitted to the class teacher within the first week of receiving the school diary.
Every student must wear his/her Identity Card at all times within the school premises. Students not wearing his/her Identity Card will be sent home. Any loss or damage of the card should be reported to the school office immediately. Duplicate card will be issued from the school office at an additional cost.
It is compulsory for students to speak in ENGLISH in the school premises as well as in school buses.
Attendance is compulsory on the opening day after each vacation/new term.
A student who remains absent on the first day of the term without a written permission is liable to have his/her name withdrawn from the school roll. In case of illness a written intimation accompanied by a Medical Certificate needs to be submitted at least two days before the reopening of the school.
Students should be obedient, respectful and courteous towards their teachers, office staff, parents, visitors and fellow students of the school.
Utmost care should be taken to keep the school premises clean. No student should litter the class-room or the school ground. Dust-bins provided should be used.
No student should leave the school premises for any reason without the permission of the Principal.
Each student must look after his / her personal belonging with great care. The school does not accept any responsibility for the loss of any article.
Students should not possess money, cell phones, digital watches or any other valuables including expensive pen, compass box etc. with them. Each student should be responsible for his/her belongings. The school does not accept the responsibility for the loss of books, money, valuable articles etc. Lost property must be claimed in the school office within 8 days.
No collection in cash or kind should be made without the Principal's permission.
No gifts or sweets should be distributed for birthday celebration. No gifts should be brought or exchanged in school. The student can, however, come in appropriate coloured dress upto Grade V.
Students with poor vision should wear acrylic / plastic glasses to avoid any accident / injury to the eyes.
Parents whose ward needs an exemption from physical training or games must submit an application with a Doctor's Certificate requesting for the same.
Parents should not send their child to school if he / she is unwell, even in case of examinations. Parents need to submit a Medical Certificate along with application.
Application for leave more than 2 days must be submitted in the prescribed leave form. In case of illness, Medical Certificate from the treating doctor must be attached with application.
Unauthorized alterations in Leaving Certificate, or who, in the opinion of the school, has unwholesome influence on his fellow students, may be removed from the class list. The removal may be temporary or permanent according to the gravity of the offence.
Half day leaves will not be granted.
Students entering the school premises at any time on any day or on Open House must be in full School Uniform. If parents are unable to attend Open House or collect the Annual Report Card, they can authorise any other person (having school I-Card) to attend the same. However, such authority letters must be countersigned by the Section Head in advance.
Parents Identity card : As a safety measure, entry inside the school campus will be allowed to the parents only if they present their school identity card at the gate. The security staff have been instructed to enforce this rule without exception. Parents are requested to co-operate.
Parents are expected to be dressed in appropriate formal clothes while attending any school function in the school premises.
Uniform
Students must be neat in appearance and wear the prescribed regular School Uniform.
Prescribed Black Shoes with lace and white socks to be worn by the students on regular days. Grade 1 and 2 students may wear shoes with velcro. During monsoon, only black rain shoes/sandals are allowed.
Boys should maintain trimmed and neat hair. Girls should wear twin, neatly braided hair. Fancy hairstyle is strictly not allowed.
Students should trim their nails periodically and no one should have long/ pointed nails on their fingers/toes.
During winter students are allowed to wear prescribed grey sweater/hoodie with school logo only.
Ornaments or expensive watches with metallic bands, mobiles, ipods, camera etc. are banned. Applying mehndi and tattoo is prohibited.
