I, Ms Gayatree Kshirsagar (PTA member Grade 3) take my immemse pleasure to update and appreciate all the efforts taken by the subject teachers for online and offline teaching. The offline videos are so attractive and impressive that we as parents are tempted to watch them. Also teachers are worth appreciating for their efforts and patience while taking online sessions as this mode of teaching is completely novel for them. But I think now both teachers as well as students have settled down a bit with this system.
We have been a part of the SVIS family for a couple of years and have always experienced that the staff and the teachers are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly .The pandemic and the subsequent lockdown did not obstruct or hamper the spirit and efficiency of the entire SVIS team. To inspire and motivate the students in this unusual scenario.
The school has played a major role in exploring my Daughter’s potentiality. Teachers’ encouragement and support has worked like fuel in her personality development. The school gave her multiple opportunities to participate not only in school functions and competitions but also to represent the school in interschool competitions. These experiences have helped in building her confidence to face the world as well as the challenges of the modern 21st century
SVIS has incorporated a curriculum fully in compliance with the ICSE board. The classroom training, study material and the extracurricular activities ensure that the students receive an overall 360 degree training. SVIS emphasises on physical development of children along with challenging their cognitive abilities. The students are encouraged to keep abreast of latest technologies through classroom assignments in each subject.Even during this pandemic , SVIS has ensured that Online teaching , using secured Internet Tools, keeps the children fruitfully engaged
It’s an absolute pleasure to see our daughter Aohonaa, advance from a bud to a flower with the SVIS family and we are very happy and grateful to the school for playing such a pivotal role in our daughter’s transformation jouney. SVIS has helped in developing her character, talents and various other skills - not only academically but also excelling in other areas like art/ craft, speech and drama and sports.
